GENERAL DESCRIPTION
AMS285-1.2/AMS385-1.2 two-terminal micropower band-gap voltage reference diodes. They feature very dynamic impedance good temperature coefficient, operating over 10µA 20mA current range. On-chip trimming used provide tight voltage tolerance. Since AMS285-1.2/AMS385-1.2 band-gap reference, uses only transistors resistors, noise good long-term stability result. Careful design AMS285-1.2/AMS385-1.2 made device exceptionally tolerant capacitive loading, making easy almost reference application. wide dynamic operating range allows with widely varying supplies with excellent regulation. extremely power drain AMS285-1.2/AMS385-1.2 makes these reference diodes useful micropower circuitry. These voltage references used make portable meters, regulators general purpose analog circuitry with battery life approaching shelf life. Further more, wide operating current allows replace older references with tight tolerance part. AMS285-1.2 operational full industrial temperature range -40°C 85°C while AMS385-1.2 operating over 70°C temperature range. AMS285-1.2/AMS385-1.2 available TO-92, SO-8 SOT-89 packages.
