GENERAL DESCRIPTION
AMS36063 series control circuit containing basic functions required DC-to-DC converters. device consists internal temperature compensated reference, comparator, controlled duty cycle oscillator with active current limit circuit, driver, high current output switch, thermal protection circuit converter enable input. Designed specifically incorporated Step-Up, Step-Down Voltage -Inverting applications, AMS36063 requires minimum number external components. AMS36063 available 8-lead plastic SOIC 8-lead plastic packages.
