GENERAL DESCRIPTION
AMS34063 series control circuit containing basic functions required DC-to-DC converters. device consists internal temperature compensated reference, comparator, controlled duty cycle oscillator with active current limit circuit, driver high current output switch. Designed specifically incorporated Step-Up, Step-Down Voltage -Inverting applications, AMS34063 requires minimum number external components. AMS34063 available 8-lead plastic SOIC 8-lead plastic packages.
