GENERAL DESCRIPTION
AMS236/AMS336 precision band-gap voltage reference diodes. These voltage reference features very dynamic impedance good temperature coefficient, operating over wide current range 400µA 10mA. On-chip trimming used provide tight tolerance minimize temperature drift. third terminal allows reference voltage trimmed ±5%. AMS236/AMS336 used precision 2.5V voltage reference digital voltmeters, power supplies circuitry, 2.5V make easy obtain stable reference from logic supplies. AMS236 rated operation over -25°C +85°C while AMS336 rated over 70°C temperature range. AMS236/AMS336 available TO-92 SO-8 packages.
