GENERAL DESCRIPTION
AMS3100-1.2 two-terminal micropower band-gap voltage reference that feature very dynamic impedance good temperature coefficient, operating over 10µA 20mA current range. AMS3100-1.2 trimmed wafer test level optimize temperature coefficient tight output voltage tolerance. advanced process technology used, makes AMS3100-1.2 exceptionally tolerant capacitive loading, making easy almost reference application. wide dynamic operating range allows with widely varying supplies with excellent regulation. extremely power drain, makes these reference diodes useful micropower circuitry. These voltage references used make portable meters, regulators general purpose analog circuitry with battery life approaching shelf life. Further more, wide operating current allows replace older references with tight tolerance part. compatible with other standard industry references, AMS3100-1.2 offers advantage long term stability cost. AMS3100-1.2 operating over -40°C 85°C temperature range available space saving SOT-23 package.
