GENERAL DESCRIPTION
AMS26 series voltage detector featuring high accuracy detector threshold ±2.0% ultra-low supply current. Internal circuit contains precision voltage reference, comparator, resistor network, output driver. AMS26 N-channel open drain output. detector threshold from 2.0V 6.0V 0.1V increments, thus making easy variety supervisory applications including microprocessor reset circuits, memory battery back-up circuit, battery checker, power failure detector portable battery powered electronics. AMS26 available TO-92 sub-miniature 3-pin SOT-23 surface mount package.
