GENERAL DESCRIPTION
AMS124 two-terminal micropower band-gap voltage reference diode featuring dynamic impedance good temperature coefficient, operating over 50µA current range. On-chip trimming used provide tight voltage tolerance. Since AMS124 band-gap reference uses only transistors resistors, noise good long term stability result. wide dynamic operating range allows with widely varying supplies with excellent regulation. These voltage references used make portable meters, regulators general purpose analog circuitry. AMS124 operational full industrial temperature range -40°C 85°C available small space saving SOT-23 package.
