GENERAL DESCRIPTION
AMS1009 precision band-gap voltage reference diode. This voltage reference features very dynamic impedance good temperature coefficient, operating over wide current range 400µA 10mA. On-chip trimming used provide tight tolerance minimize temperature drift. third terminal allows reference voltage adjusted calibrate system errors. AMS1009 used precision 2.5V voltage reference digital voltmeters, power supplies circuitry, 2.5V make easy obtain stable reference from logic supplies. AMS1009 available TO-92 SO-8 packages operating over 70°C temperature range.
