GENERAL DESCRIPTION
AMS04 AMS05 two-terminal, band-gap voltage reference diodes, with output voltage 1.25V AMS04 2.5V AMS05. These devices feature dynamic impedance good temperature coefficient, operating over wide current range. Since band-gap reference these devices uses only transistors resistors, noise good long term stability result. wide dynamic operating range allows with widely varying supplies with excellent regulation. AMS04 AMS05 used portable meters, regulators, data acquisition converters telecommunication. AMS04 AMS05 operational over temperature range 70°C available TO-92 SO-8 packages.
