MC74AC378/74ACT378 consists edgetriggered D-type flip-flops with individual inputs outputs. Clock (CP) Enable inputs common flip-flops. When input LOW, data entered into register LOW-to-HIGH transition input. When input HIGH, register will retain present data independent input.
