SC112 uses Semtech proprietary internal device pass element, providing dropout voltage 130mV load 60mA.
output noise reduced 30µV (typical) placing very leakage 10nF capacitor (noise bypass). Each device contains bandgap reference, error amplifier, pass element, thermal current limiting circuitry resistor divider network setting output voltage.
