Product Description:
Pericom Semiconductor's PI74FCT series logic circuits produced Company's advanced micron CMOS technology, achieving industry leading speed grades. PI74FCT16374T, PI74FCT162374T, PI74FCT162H374T 16-bit octal registers designed with D-type flip-flops with buffered common clock 3-state outputs. Output Enable (xOE) clock (xCLK) controls organized operate 8-bit registers 16-bit register. When HIGH, outputs high impedance state. Input data meeting setup hold time requirements inputs transferred outputs LOW-to-HIGH transition clock input. PI74FCT16374T output buffers designed with Power-Off disable allowing "live insertion" boards when used backplane drivers. PI74FCT162374T balanced output drivers. designed with current limiting resistors outputs control output edge rate resulting lower ground bounce undershoot. This eliminates need external terminating resistors most interface applications. PI74FCT162H374T "Bus Hold" which retains input's last state whenever input goes high-impedance preventing "floating" inputs eliminating need pull-up/down resistors.
