Description
M/A-COM's MASWSS0103 GaAs PHEMT MMIC single pole double throw (SPDT) switch cost FQFP-N lead package. MASWSS0103 ideally suited applications where control voltage, high isolation, small size cost required. Typical applications replace mechanical relays CATV systems. This part used systems operating GHz. MASWSS0103 fabricated using micron gate length GaAs PHEMT process. process features full passivation performance reliability.
