M/A-COM's MA4EXP950H-1277 silicon monolithic 1050 MHz, high barrier, double balanced mixer cost miniature surface mount FQFP-N 3mm, lead plastic package. uses M/A-COM's unique HMIC silicon/glass process realize loss passive elements while retaining advantages high barrier silicon schottky barrier diodes. These mixers well suited CDMA Cellular basestation infrastructure applications where small size high performance required. Typical applications include frequency conversion, modulation demodulation wireless receivers transmitters.
