M/A-COM's MA4EXP190H-1277 silicon monolithic 1725-2125 high barrier, double balanced mixer cost miniature surface mount FQFP-N Square lead plastic package. uses M/A-COM's unique HMIC silicon/glass process realize loss passive elements while retaining advantages high barrier silicon schottky barrier diodes.
Applications
These mixers well suited GSM, DCS, PCS, CDMA UMTS base station applications where small size high performance required. Typical applications include frequency conversion, modulation, demodulation wireless receivers transmitters.
