M/A-COM's MA4EXP190H-1225T silicon monolithic 2000-2300 double-balanced mixer cost miniature surface mount SOT-25 package. uses M/A-COM's unique HMICsilicon/glass process achieve loss passive elements while retaining advantages high barrier silicon Schottky diodes produce compact device.
Applications
These mixers well suited WCDMA UMTS applications where high intermodulation suppression required. Typical applications include frequency conversion, modulation, demodulation receivers transmitters base station applications.
