DESCRIPTION
QS3251
Enhanced channel with inherent diode bidirectional switches connect inputs outputs compatible with 74F251, 74FCT251, 74FCT251T Zero propagation delay, zero ground bounce TTL-compatible control inputs Undershoot clamp diodes switch control pins Available SOIC (S1), QSOP
QS3251 high-speed CMOS TTL-compatible multiplexer/demultiplexer. QS3251 3-state outputs. QS3251 function pinout compatible version 74F251, 74FCT251 74ALS/AS/LS251 multiplexers. resistance QS3251 allows inputs connected outputs without adding propagation delay without generating additional ground bounce noise. Mux/Demux devices provide order magnitude faster speed than equivalent logic devices.
