DESCRIPTION
J/SST108 series designed with high-performance analog switching applications mind. features on-resistance, good off-isolation, fast switching. SST108 series comprised surface-mount devices featuring lowest rDS(on) TO-236 (SOT-23) JFET device. TO-226AA (TO-92) plastic package provides low-cost option. Both series available tape-and-reel automated assembly (see Packaging Information). similar products packaged TO-206AC (TO-52), 2N5432/5433/5434 data sheet.
