Mounting InstructionThe minimum fiber bend radius (25.4 avoid degradation performance, mount module board follows: Place bottom flange module flat heat sink least 1.180 (12.7 size. surface finish heat sink should better than µin. (0.8 µm), surface flatness must better than 0.001 (25.4 µm). Using thermal conductive grease optional; however, thermal performance improved conductive grease applied between bottom flange heat sink.
