P171-type mini-DIL PIN/preamp consists coupled multimode fiber pigtail wideband linear preamplifier. incorporated rear-illuminated planar diode structure with low-capacitance active area maximum responsivity speed. This device incorporates laser 2000 manufacturing process from Optoelectronics Products unit Agere Systems Inc. Laser 2000 low-cost platform that targets high-volume manufacturing tight product distributions optical subassemblies. This platform incorporates advanced optical design that produced highly automated production lines. laser 2000 platform qualified central office uncontrolled environments, used applications requiring high performance cost.
