General Description
HT16015 matrix LCD's common driver implemented CMOS technology. HT16015 contains 80-bit bidirectional shift register, 80-bit level shifter, 80-bit 4-level driver control circuit. Therefore HT16015 convert serial data recived from controller parallel data then send driving waveforms panel. HT16015 applicable 1/256 duty. Furthermore, bias voltage optionally supplied from external source, thus chip suitable driving various panel. With special function makes HT1605 more versatile.
