Model 5-23 Pressure Transmitter uniquely designed with FMC-WECO Wing Unions extremely rugged, high-pressure patch applications. Model 5-23 utilizes Sputtered Thin Film sensing element mated WECO Male Sub, that designed Finite Element Analysis tool, with specific intent eliminating long-term signal drift field. This unique design completely isolates sensing element signal conditioning electronics from severe vibration, shock, impact stresses inherent installation operation drilling, logging, acidizing, cementing, other completion stimulation applications. This isolation provides instrument that will drift less than 0.5% FSO/year! This eliminates need field shop recalibration, which shortens down time tool system thus reducing cost ownership. Model 5-23 configurations have most robust EMI/RFI protection industry. Model 5-23 will shift, drift, fail EMI/RFI environment greater than volts/ meter GHz. Model 5-23 hermetically sealed welding conforms NEMA enclosure requirements. Model 5-23 available MP35N/Hastelloy C-22 configurations service highly reactive and/or corrosive media compliant with NACE Standard MR0175-97.
