Description
ATF20V8C high-performance CMOS (electrically erasable) programmable logic device (PLD) that utilizes Atmel's proven electrically erasable technology. Speeds down power dissipation offered. speed ranges specified over full range industrial temperature ranges, commercial ranges. ATF20V8C(Q) provides high-speed CMOS solution with maximum pin-to-pin delay ATF20V8C(Q) also user-controlled power-down feature, offering "zero" standby power typical). user-controlled power-down feature allows user manage total system power meet specific application requirements enhance reliability without sacrificing speed. ATF20V8CQZ provides zero power CMOS solution, with "zero" standby power typical). device powers down automatically through Atmel's patented Input Transition Detection (ITD) circuitry "zero" standby power mode when inputs idle. "keeper" circuits input output pins reduce static power consumed pull-ups. ATF20V8C(Q)(Z) industry-standard 20V8 architecture. Eight outputs each allocated eight product terms. Preload Registered Outputs

Input Pull-ups
