QVGA Color Display Module (320 240)
MVV001MQC Color display module integrated system which includes quarter resolution (320 240) active matrix liquid crystal display (AMLCD), power backlight, compact optics system. Color display panel fabricated with high speed, power CMOS process employing single crystal silicon-on-insulator (SOI) material active display. CMOS control circuitry contains horizontal vertical shift registers, other circuitry, drive pixels. digital inputs accept volt logic levels, while video inputs complementary analog levels. backlight panel consists three high efficiency LEDs filled cavity. LEDs connected internally common anode. optics provides magnification with relief, vignetting. focus control included. three sections (LCD panel, backlight panel, optics) snap together form single module.

Integrated circuits available which facilitate interfacing display module host system both computer graphics video applications.
