VOICE RECOGNITION CHIP
Preliminary General Description
A16800 is a single chip CMOS voice recognition IC with the on-chip analog front end, voice analysis, recognition process and system control functions. At least 15 isolatedword voice recognition system can be composed of external microphone, keyboard, 48Kbyte SRAM and some other components. Hence, an intelligent recognition system can be built.
Features
. 8-bit DSP (includes:Fast Fourier Transform, 16x16 multiplier / adder, advanced speech recognition algorithms with anti-noise ability) . Single chip voice recognition CMOS IC . Speaker-dependent and Speaker-independent isolated-word recognition system . Internal 16Kbyte SRAM . External 48Kbyte SRAM can be connected directly . At least 15 words can be recognized for one chip . Maximum 1 sec of word can be recognized . Multiple-chip configuration is possible. . A microphone can be connected directly. . 2.5~3.5V single power supply . 8 Bi-direction PORT, include 4 high driver pins (24mA)
