DESCRIPTION:
Space Electronics' 162245RP devices 16-bit (dual-octal) noninverting 3-state transceivers designed low-voltage (3.3V) operation, with capability provide interface system environment. These devices used 8-bit transceivers 16-bit transceiver. devices allow data transmission from form bus, depending logic level directioncontrol (DIR) input. output enable (OE) input used disable device that buses effectively isolated. A-port outputs, which designed source sink include equivalent series resistors reduce overshoot undershoot. Active bus-hold circuitry provided hold unused floating data inputs valid logic level. When between 1.5V, devices high-impedance state during power power down. However, ensure high-impedance state above 1.5V, should tied through pullup resistor; minimum value resistor determined current-sinking capability driver.
