Mode Operation
Dupline® Master Module (DMM) controls 3-wire with signal, DC-power common GND. connected standard DCsupply, which synchronizes with Dupline® carrier signal before output supply. synchronization necessary order enable Dupline® DC-supply share GND-wire. Dupline® Master Module Dupline® Channel Generator with function master. This means that Dupline® I/0's will read/written then sent PLC. different modes Normal mode split mode. Normal mode, Dupline® operates peer-to-peer system, where channel generator automatically establishes connection between Dupline® inputs Dupline® outputs which coded same Dupline® address. e.g. input coded activated, output(s) coded will also activated. Consequently, Dupline®-output either activated through output-data received active Dupline® input coded same Dupline®address. "Split I/O" mode, channel generator treats Dupline® inputs Dupline® outputs independently. e.g. input coded activated, will make information available (like normal mode), will automatically activate Dupline® output(s) coded Dupline® outputs controlled exclusively through output data received from PLC. this mode, Dupline® inputs Dupline® outputs available, since input output coded same Dupline® address operate independently.
