DESCRIPTION
LM2575/6 series switching regulators monolithic integrated circuits designed "buck" "buck/boost" regulator applications requiring accurate output voltages over combined variations line, load temperature. This unique series greatly simplifies switching power supply design. LM2575 maximum output current LM2576 rated LM2575/6 series miniconverters include switching regulator compensation network within same package. Just choke, catch diode capacitors obtain efficient DC-toDC converter. Current limit thermal shutdown features LM2575/6 series fully protect device against overstress conditions. LM2575/6 series offers alternative popular terminal linear regulators providing higher efficiency with reduced heatsink size. many applications heat sink will required.
