UXGA TFT-LCD MODULE (1600x1200x3)
DESCRIPTION
LT213U1-XXX is a TFT-LCD monitor capable of displaying a very high resolution image, which can produce a 262, 144 colors simultaneously and a 16M colors using FRC. This product can receive an analog RGB input signal through 15-pin D-sub or BNC connector respectively. It shows a high brightness screen as 150 cd / m2 or more.

STRUCTURE AND FUNCTIONS
A TFT-LCD module comprises a panel, driver ICs for driving LC pixels, and a backlight unit. The panel is composed of glass substrates which have TFT array and color filter, with liquid crystal filled in the narrow gap between two glasses. The backlight unit emits light which used as the modulation media by the image signal. The analog RGB and syncronization signals are sent to the interface board which attatched at the backside of module. These signals are shaped into suitable forms for digital signal processing to drive the LCD module and finally inputted to the LCD panel to operate the driver ICs. Each of the liquid crystal cells acts as an electro-optical switchs which modulate the light to form the image by a signal applied to a drain electrode of the TFTs.
