GENERAL PRECAUTIONS
Handling When module assembled set, module should attached system firmly using mounting holes. careful have twist bend module. Refrain from strong mechanical shock force module. might cause misoperation damage module CCFL backlight. Note that polarizers very soft could easily damaged. press scratch surface harder than pencil lead. Wipe water droplets immediately. leave them long time, staining discoloration occur. When surface polarizer dirty, wipe using absorbent cotton soft cloth. desirable cleaners water, IPA(Iso Prophyl Alcohol), Hexane. Keton type materials(ex. Acetone), Ethyl alcohol, Toluene, Ethyl acid, Methyl chloride. might cause damage polarizer because chemical reaction. liquid crystal material leak from panel, user should careful enter component into eyes mouth. When contact hands, legs clothes user need wash away using soap thoroughly. Protect module from electro-statics discharge, cause damage C-MOS Gatearray module. fingerstalls with soft gloves order keep display clean during incoming inspection assembly process. disassemble module. protection sheet module should torn slowly consciously because might cause electro-static discharge pull fold Lamp wire. adjust variable resistor which covered bezel. When plugging in/out connector, please hold metal chassis with your thumb reduce uneven stress around OLB(Out Lead Bonding) backside connector .This zone weakest panel. Thus follow sequence described next page.
