LP8345 Dropout, 500mA CMOS Linear Regulator
LP8345 low-dropout CMOS linear regulator available 3.3V, 2.5V, 1.8V adjustable output versions. Packaged package DPAK they deliver 500mA output current. Typical dropout voltage 500mA 210mV 5.0V version, 270mV 3.3V version 335mV 2.5V version. devices include zener trimmed bandgap voltage reference, foldback current limiting thermal overload limiting. LP8345 features PMOS output transistor which unlike type dropout regulators requires base drive current. This allows device ground current remain less than 50µA over operating temperature, supply voltage irrespective load current.
