Current limitation activated until thermal protection acts. over-temperature protection turns device junction temperature exceeds Tshutdown. will automatically restart after junction cooled below Tshutdown. diagnostic provided status feedback short circuit, over-temperature open load detection. double level shifter circuitry allows large offsets between logic ground load.
