DESCRIPTION
QS3244 QS32244
Enhanced channel with inherent diode bidirectional switches connect inputs outputs compatible with 74F244, 74FCT244, 74FCT244T Zero propagation delay, zero ground bounce Undershoot clamp diodes switch control inputs Available SOIC (SO), QSOP QS32244 version noise
QS3244 QS32244 provide eight high-speed CMOS TTL-compatible switches pinout compatible with 74FCT244, 74F244, 74ALS/AS/LS244 8-bit drivers. resistance 3244 allows inputs connected outputs without adding propagation delay without generating additional ground bounce noise. enable (nG) signals turn switches similar signals 74'244. QS32244 device includes series termination resistors. QS32244 adds internal resistor reduce reflection noise high speed applications. When switch closed, acts source termination driver connected QuickSwitch devices provide order magnitude faster speed than conventional logic devices.
