DESCRIPTION
QS3800
bidirectional switches connect inputs outputs Zero propagation delay Undershoot clamp diodes switch control pins Outputs precharge voltage minimize signal distortion during live insertion TTL-compatible input output levels Zero ground bounce Available 24-pin SOIC, QSOP TSSOP
QS3800 10-bit high-speed CMOS switch controlled single enable (ON) input. When LOW, switch port connected port When HIGH, switch between port port open port precharged Bias voltage. resistance QS3800 allows inputs connected outputs without adding propagation delay without generating additional noise. QS3800 also precharges port user-selectable bias voltage minimize live-insertion noise which uselful applications.
