QS34X245 member MultiWidthfamily QuickSwitch devices provides high-speed CMOS compatible switches flow-thru pinout. This device available MillipaQ package, worlds first small outline 32-bit solution. on-resistance QS34X245 allows inputs connected outputs without adding propagation delay without generating additional ground bounce noise. QS34X2245 includes internal resistors reduce reflection noise high speed applications. When Output Enable (OEn) low, switches turned connecting When high, switches turned off. This device ideally suited 32/64 applications where board space premium. QuickSwitch devices provide order magnitude faster speed than conventional logic devices.
