DESCRIPTION
QS32X245 QS32X2245
Enhanced channel with inherent diode bidirectional switches connect inputs outputs Dual '245 function QS32X2245 resistors noise Zero propagation delay, zero ground bounce Undershoot clamp diodes switch control inputs TTL-compatible control inputs Available 40-pin QVSOP (Q2)
QS32X245 provides high-speed CMOS TTL-compatible switches flow-thru pinout. resistance QS32X245 allows inputs connected outputs without adding propagation delay without generating additional ground bounce noise. QS32X2245 includes internal resistors reduce reflection noise high speed applications. Output Enable (OEn) signal turns switches similar signal 74'245. QuickSwitch devices provide order magnitude faster speed than conventional logic devices.
