DESCRIPTION
QS316245
Enhanced channel with inherent diode bidirectional switches connect inputs outputs compatible with FCT16245 Flowthrough pinout easy layout Zero propagation delay, zero ground bounce Undershoot clamp diodes switch control inputs TTL-compatible control inputs Available 48-pin SSOP (PV)
QS316245 provides high-speed CMOS TTL-compatible switches (two banks switches each) flow-thru pinout. resistance QS316245 allows inputs connected outputs without adding propagation delay without generating additional ground bounce noise. Output Enable (OEn) signal turns switches similar signal 74'245. QS316245 ideally suited 3.3V translation, switching isolation, insertion. QuickSwitch devices provide order magnitude faster speed than conventional logic devices.
