DESCRIPTION
QS3R245
Enhanced channel with inherent diode bidirectional switches connect inputs outputs compatible with 74F245, 74FCT245, 74FCT245T Zero propagation delay, zero ground bounce Undershoot clamp diodes switch control inputs TTL-compatible control inputs Available SOIC (SO), QSOP
QS3R245 provides eight high-speed CMOS TTL-compatible switches pinout compatible with 74FCT245, 74F245, 74ALS/AS/ LS245 8-bit transceivers. resistance 3245 allows inputs connected outputs without adding propagation delay without generating additional ground bounce noise. Output Enable (OE) signal turns switches similar signal 74'245. resistance QS3R245 makes ideal docking application. QuickSwitch devices provide order magnitude faster speed than conventional logic devices.
