General Description
HT16015 matrix common driver implemented CMOS technology. HT16015 contains 80-bit bidirectional shift register, 80-bit level shifter, 80-bit 4-level driver control circuit. HT16015 convert serial data received from controller parallel data then send them driving waveforms panel. HT16015 applied 1/256 duty. Furthermore, bias voltage optionally supplied from external source, thus chip suitable driving various types panel. These special features increase versatility chip.
