CA3100 large signal wideband, high speed operational amplifier which unity gain cross over frequency (fT) approximately 38MHz open loop, corner frequency approximately 110kHz. operate total supply voltage from (±7V ±18V when using split supplies) provide least 18VP-P 30mAP-P output when operating from ±15V supplies. CA3100 compensated with single external capacitor offset adjust terminals those applications requiring offset null. (See Figure CA3100 circuit contains both bipolar PMOS transistors single monolithic chip.
