74HC75 high-speed Si-gate CMOS device compatible with power Schottky (LSTTL). 74HC75 specified compliance with JEDEC standard 74HC75 four bistable latches. latches simultaneously controlled active HIGH enable inputs (LE12 LE34). When LEnn HIGH, data enters latches appears outputs. outputs follow data inputs (nD) long LEnn HIGH (transparent). data inputs set-up time prior HIGH-to-LOW transition LEnn will stored latches. latched outputs remain stable long LEnn LOW.
