Description Avago's ABA-51563 economical, easy-to-use, internally 50-ohm matched silicon monolithic broadband amplifier that offers excellent gain flat broadband response from GHz. Packaged ultraminiature industry-standard SOT-363 package, requires half board space SOT-143 package.
