FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTIONS
MB4214 contains reference voltage circuit, oscillator, divider comparator shown Fig. Oscillator frequency arbitrary controlled external resistor capacitor input voltage. Divider consists stages divider circuit which constructed (Intergrated Injection Logic) technique. expands oscillator period 4096times. About 100hours period achieved small capacitor. Free Running Oscillation (Long period frequency) achieved when OSC/FR connected GND.

start resistor which controls zener diode current. Zener current 20mA stability zener voltage 6.2V generated.
RESET FUNCTION
Counter operation interrupted instruction reset (7pin). counter cleared when this connected GND. Power reset available connecting external capacitor CRS. Power reset time tPOR formulated: tPOR
