Designed voltage detector applications, Fujitsu MB3761 dual comparator with built-in high precision reference voltage generator. Outputs open-collector outputs enable OR-connection between both channels. Both channels have hysteresis control outputs. Because wide power supply voltage range power supply current, MB3761 suitable power supply monitors battery backup systems. Wide power supply voltage range: power small voltage dependency supply current: typical. Built-in stable voltage generator: 1.20 typical. Easy-to-add hysteresis characteristics.
