Make sure carry wiring power supply condition. Verify that supply voltage variation within rating. Take care that voltage exceeding rated range applied, power supply directly connected, sensor burnt damaged. power supplied from commercial switching regulator, ensure that frame ground (F.G.) terminal power supply connected actual ground. case noise generating equipment (switching regulator, inverter motor, etc.) used vicinity this product, connect frame ground (F.G.) terminal equipment actual ground.
