Download appropriate Drivers from Web-Site
http://www.moschip.com Click "Products" button. Click "USB2.0" button. iii) MCS7830, click Drivers, Release Notes installation Guides. Allow ".zip" file downloaded your local computer. Unzip Driver files folder your Hard Disk. (Eg. C:/MCS7830) Check folder with Driver files Readme file that have additional special installation instructions. those instructions addition instead these instructions present.
Installing Drivers Windows 2000 operating Systems
Turn Computer Setup.exe from MCS7830 driver folder (Eg. C:/MCS7830) Following setup window appears click Install button install drives. cancel installation press Exit.
installer will display message Installation Progress. Please Wait

Then installer should display Installation Successfully Completed! need restart your Computer. Device currently connected, unplug again plug in!.
Click Exit close installer. Plug-in Cable MCS7830 device port your Computer. Windows should detect device, automatically install drivers hardware connected. When Windows desktop displayed, Driver installation complete.
Note:I) multiple user accounts used your system, make sure user account with administrator privileges running Setup.exe. Windows security policy only users with administrator privileges install drivers.
case Windows hardware window will appear when MCS7830 device connected port after running Setup.exe, Click next then Click continue anyway Windows logo certification popup. Click Finish complete installation.
III) While running setup updating drivers Windows 2000 Windows noted that user should click Next directly, when system O.S. reminds user that provided drivers doesn't have digital signature.

Following modes supported MCS7830, default mode Auto negotiation. choose Auto mode, full duplex, half duplex, full duplex half Duplex mode. When MCS7830 USB-Ethernet adapter Auto Negotiation) connected 100Mbps switch status will show 100Mbps. connected 10Mbps switch network status would displayed 10Mbps.

Updating Reinstalling Check Version Driver
Turn computer Setup.exe from Driver folder. Press "Install" start installation. message will saying "Drivers this device already installed this system! update reinstall press abort installation press cancel!" Press reinstall/update drivers.

Un-Install Previously Installed Components
Sometimes will desirable even necessary remove previously installed drivers, that new, clean installation performed. Unplug MosChip Ethernet adapter. Open Start->Settings->Control Panel->Add/Remove Programs. Select "Moschip Ethernet adapter" click change/remove. Un-installation dialog will displayed. Click "OK" button perform Un-Installation.
