MAX2682 Description
MAX2682 miniature, low-cost, low-noise downconverter designed low-voltage operation ideal portable communications equipment. Signals input port mixed with signals port using double-balanced mixer. This downconverter operates with input frequencies between 400MHz 2500MHz, downconverts output frequencies between 10MHz 500MHz. MAX2682 downconverter operates from single +2.7V +5.5V supply, ideal hand held applications. Each downconverter features low-power shutdown mode which typically draws less than 0.1µA supply current. MAX2682 downconverter manufactured high-frequency, low-noise, advanced silicon-germanium process offered space-saving 6-pin SOT23 package.
