Featuring continuous load current ratings each eight drivers, Series ULN2800A/LW high-voltage, high-current Darlington arrays ideally suited interfacing between low-level logic circuitry multiple peripheral power loads. Typical power loads totaling over (400 controlled appropriate duty cycle depending ambient temperature number drivers turned simultaneously. Typical loads include relays, solenoids, stepping motors, magnetic print hammers, multiplexed incandescent displays, heaters. devices feature opencollector outputs with integral clamp diodes. ULN2801A device general-purpose array that used with external input current limiting, with most PMOS CMOS logic directly.

These Darlington arrays furnished 18-pin dual in-line plastic packages (suffix 18-lead surface-mountable wide-body SOlCs (suffix LW). devices pinned with outputs opposite inputs facilitate ease circuit board layout.
