ULQ2470L ULQ2470M bi-directional driver receivers designed specifically automotive applications. They intended used interface between microprocessor single-wire multiplex data operating from A-line battery. Each device consists wave-shaped open-collector driver, pull-up resistor, input filter buffer. Output driver protection circuitry provides output shutdown currents excess occur. Additionally, over-voltage shutdown occurs when voltage exceeds approximately volts.
