DARLINGTON SWITCHES
High-voltage, high-current Darlington arrays ULN2064B/LB through ULN2069B/LB designed interface between low-level logic variety peripheral loads such relays, solenoids, stepper motors, magnetic print hammers, multiplexed incandescent displays, heaters, similar loads. Output voltage ratings available. These quad drivers drive resistive loads watts (1.5 duty cycle). inductive loads, sustaining voltages specified. Quad drivers ULN2064B, ULN2064LB, ULN2065B, ULN2065LB, ULN2068B, ULN2068LB, ULN2069B, ULN2069LB intended with TTL, low-speed TTL, logic. ULN2065B/ ULN2069B/LB selected minimum output breakdown specification. ULN2068B/LB ULN2069B/LB have pre-driver stages recommended applications requiring high gain (low input-current loading). Quad-driver arrays supplied with heat-sink contact tabs 16-pin plastic DlPs (suffix `B') 20-lead surface-mountable wide-body SOICs (suffix `LB').
